The Experience

Your wedding photographers first and foremost job is to take beautiful, timeless photos of you and your fiancé throughout your wedding day. But what I think is so hard to know before your wedding day is that your wedding photographer is there every moment of the day. They have to coral and direct your bridal party, navigate tricky dynamics with your new mother in law and coordinate with your wedding planner to make sure everything stays on time. They have to go with the flow if something goes wrong and be able to think on their feet in order to ensure you still get the photos you’ve dreamed of and the ones that will be on your mom’s mantle even when hair and makeup goes way late or it starts pouring rain five minutes before your ceremony. These are the moments that define a great wedding photographer. This is why you don’t only want someone who can take amazing photos but also someone who can handle challenging situations calmly, selflessly and with a smile on their face. We are your gals for those moments. In fact, we actually live for the moment where everything has gone slightly awry and we have to figure out a last minute solution. We will be steady, calm and consistent. We will listen and see what you need in every moment throughout the day and will advocate for that with everyone involved. And when everything is great, we'll step aside and take it all in through my lens capturing all of the real, untouched, unposed, and pure moments. Don’t get me wrong though- first and foremost, we will take beautiful, timeless, emotional photos of you and your fiancé but we will also be there to faithfully serve during all of the other moments as well.
